Policies

Free studio pick up. Usually, orders are ready to be picked-up within 12-24 hours.

Orders are shipped using USPS and are typically packed within 24 hours of order date, unless otherwise advised. You should expect to receive your pottery within 2-5 days from purchase date.

Shipping pottery requires an enormous amount of padding and protection, so as much as possible, I used recycled and reused packing materials. I try not to use plastic/bubble wrap but instead wrap with a paper gaemi wrap.

All shipments are insured through USPS.

If you receive pottery that has been damaged during shipping, please contact me (monarchpottery@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged shipping container and product.
